Happy May Day and Happy Monday, too! Here's a May Day basket for you, just in case you don't find one on your doorstep today.
Tonight I will post the winner...and the picture of the free beads. Chaos has rained down on our house recently, and I'm just starting to catch up. Okay, not really caught up, but almost treading water, lol.
Kay finished one of the purses I told you about here.It is GORGEOUS, and the one she made for me should be done this week. I'll take pictures when she gets back from her latest home show schedule, and share them with you.
I was able to get some torch time in over the weekend, and had a couple of great sets show up in the kiln each morning. I'll be working on photographs and getting them posted this week.
Hopefully that will go well. My daughters have after school activities all 5 nights this week. We keep their extra curricular activities limited to piano, girl scouts, and we squeeze swim lessons in there when the university starts another session. This week piano, girls scouts, swimming, and a jog-athon- for school all fell into the same week for both of them. Just one more reminder on why their activites are limited.
Shorter hours at work will allow me to get a little more time in to work on the website, and get all the beads that have been piling up around here photographed and posted. There are severak dishes with beads that are cleaned, waiting to be cleaned, and still on the mandrels. Not my usual order of doing things, but it will be fun when they are all ready to show.
